Who are our students?
ABI students are young men and women in grades 9-12 who come from many different public and private schools. What our students have in common is a strong desire and motivation to experience the power of modern biotechnology in the cure of major human diseases such as cancer, diabetes, cystic fibrosis, and neurodegenerative diseases such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. Our students are academically talented, but they are also human beings of high character, humility, and collaborative spirit. They are the scientists and doctors of the future.
